Avery-Renee is an independent jewelry store with honest and knowledgeable staff dedicated to providing quality service and merchandise at competitive prices. It is our goal that your visit here will always be unique and memorable. The success of our business has been a direct result of the friendships we have built with each and every customer over the years and the trust they have in us.

 

Exchange/Return Policy:


Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Items purchased at Avery-Renee Jewelers may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a money back guarantee. The refund will only be issued to the original purchaser. Any refunds on cash and check purchases will be given in the form of a check. Refunds on check purchase will be given after 10 business days. A store credit will be issued after 14 days. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by the original gift box and receipt. Closeouts and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.  In the event that we have resized a ring that is being returned, the customer must pay a $100 restocking fee for the sizing that was performed on the piece.

In cases where the original purchaser is not available a store credit will be given, no refunds.

Custom Jewelry:


We regret that custom orders are not refundable, however in some cases they are returnable for store credit within 30 days. All custom orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. A custom order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch, gift item, or altered pieces (including ring sizing) at the clients request.
